Most of my clients already know what they want and have their materials selected. To keep projects efficient and costs down, I typically provide estimates remotely using photos, measurements, and a short list of questions. With my experience, photos allow me to spot common site conditions and potential subfloor issues before work begins — avoiding unnecessary site visits and surprises later.

The first time we usually meet in person is when I arrive to start the job.

I specialize in contained projects, especially in occupied homes, where careful planning and clean execution make all the difference. If your project is a good fit, you'll work directly with me from start to finish. If it's not, I'm always happy to point you toward another trusted contractor.
